New PF211 Postformer to be introduced at IWF2002 in
Atlanta

BURNSVILLE, MINNESOTA, August, 2002 - Among the machines
Edgetech will be displaying at IWF2002 in Atlanta, is
our new PF211 Automated Postformer.

The PF211 Postformer features quick-change forming roller
sections, which allows the machine to be changed to
different profiles very quickly, minimizing lost production
time. “The PF211 can accommodate changes to different sizes
and profiles quickly and easily, reducing downtime for
changeover and loss of production,” stated Earl Weller,
president of Edgetech. The individual forming rollers are
spring-loaded for consistent pressure during the forming
process and can be positioned at any angle.

The PF211 can be built with a split drive on one side,
which allows the slitter saw to be positioned for short
backsplashes without interfering with the drive. Optional
trimmers at the outfeed end of the machine trim the
laminate flush with the edge of the countertop.
