Edgetech’s manual postformers are designed for producing a wide range of products such as desktops, countertops, store fixtures, cabinets, furniture, geoforms and many other custom postformed items. These machines are easy to setup and operate and can be quickly adjusted to produce different sizes and profiles.

- Specially designed rotating forming bar with heat platen and cooling platen
- Heatbar is designed to provide a uniform heat source along the edge being postformed
- Aluminum extruded vacuum table with variable holding zones to hold the workpiece while forming
- Programmable temperature controller to ensure consistent surface temperature
- Adjustable heating cycle timer to indicate when the forming cycle should begin
- Easy to use locating fixture for positioning the core
- Adjustable pneumatic crowning feature to ensure continuous contact between heat surface and laminate over the entire length of the heatbar (model PF150)

- Coving System for forming coved backsplashes, including vacuum cups for holding the backsplash; the cove bar can be pivoted away from the cove bend to prevent overheating the laminate while inserting the covestick
- Pivot Fixture for postforming laminate around geoform shapes, narrow pieces and around large radiuses
- Backstop Fixture and Stop Blocks for special applications
- Custom modifications
