CM645 Coving Machine

Edgetech’s CM645 Coving Machine is an automated coving machine with the unique feature of a fixed fence. The coving heatbar can be moved to the position necessary to accommodate different countertop deck sizes.
The benefit of the fixed fence design is achieved when the CM645 is used in line with an automated postformer that has the slitter saw at the movable side of the postformer. This combination eliminates the need for a side shift conveyor typically needed when changing from standard kitchen countertops to vanity countertops.

As with Edgetech’s other coving machines, the CM645 automatically heats and forms the backsplash, then feeds and bonds the covestick in place. The backsplash form bar pivots at the center of the cove radius, providing a true radial bend when forming the backsplash. The CM645 has an extra deep deck capacity of 36” and is built with an automated drive system.
