CM615 Coving Machine
	Edgetech’s CM615 Coving Machine is designed to produce coved backsplashes up to 30” in height on countertops up to twelve feet in length. Vacuum cups hold the backsplash in place against vertical stops after the cove bend is made. The machine has an adjustable fence for various deck dimensions and an adjustable vertical stop for various backsplash sizes. The operator manually forms the backsplash and bonds the covestick.

One piece aluminum extruded cove heatbar for even heat distribution along the entire cove area
Aluminum extruded vacuum table with variable holding zones to hold the deck while coving
Programmable Temperature controller to ensure consistent surface temperature
Vacuum cups to hold the just-formed backsplash against vertical stops
Cove heatbar can be pivoted away from the laminate to prevent overheating while covestick is bonded in place
Backsplash stop for a consistent backsplash height
