CB307 Core Builder Edgetech’s CB307 Core Builder is designed to produce cores with builddown stick edges. The CB307 is a single-sided machine that bonds the builddown stick on one edge of the core and shapes the profile. If the core is to have both edges built down, the core must be turned around and returned to the infeed table to have the second edge processed. Blanks for the core will be cut approximately 3/32” oversize per edge being processed by the sizing saw. Each pass through the core builder will machine approximately 3/32” from the overall width of the blank. A second cutter station for cove relief or groover for no-drip T-mold extrusion slot is also included.
